Information for Prospective Faculty
Coe values the input of multiple viewpoints and diverse perspectives and aims to create an academic community that is rich with cultural, social and intellectual diversity.
Toward that end, we:
- are members of the Consortium for Faculty Diversity and are committed to regularly supporting a pre- or post-doctoral fellow at the college.
- have developed the Darryl Banks Pre-doctoral Visiting Lectureship, which brings promising young diverse scholars to campus to share their scholarly interests and experience life at Coe.
