Coe Apartments

Located on the expanded east campus, the Coe Apartments are reserved for juniors and seniors. Room assignments for the apartments are made through a number-draw system based on upper-class seniority.

These apartments can accommodate up to 28 students, and most suites include four single bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a shared kitchen and living area. The Coe apartments are equipped with modular bedroom furniture, kitchen appliances, and a dining room table with chairs. Students have the option of a variety of meal plans in the dining hall or preparing food on their own. There are also laundry and computer facilities in each of the four apartments. Cable and Internet hookups are other included amenities. The Schlarbaum and Morris Houses also include small classrooms incorporating the latest technology.
