Please note that you are required to complete the following steps to prepare for your upcoming student loan repayment. If you have any questions or concerns contact email@example.com.
Complete Exit Counseling Online!
As a Federal Student Loan Borrower, you are required to complete Exit Counseling. These sessions will review important terminology and introduce your repayment plan options.
If, after completing your counseling session(s), you have any questions about the financial aid you received while attending Coe, contact our office at firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone at 319-399-8540 to set up an appointment with Janet Boddicker Rampulla. The Office of Student Financial Services is located in Voorhees Hall and our hours are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm(CST) Monday - Friday. We are committed to assisting Coe students and alumni.
Review your Borrower Rights and Responsibilities
Review the Student Loan Exit Counseling Guide and know your rights and responsibilities as it pertains to navigating the student loan process. Contact the FSA Ombudsperson should you experience any serious issues during repayment.
Update Your Address & Contact Information With Your Loan Servicer
You are required to provide your loan servicer with your contact information. Be sure to indicate either a permanent address or your new address as well as a reliable email address. Keep in mind you will lose access to your coe.edu email!
