For work injuries/accidents, employees must receive medical care from either:

MercyCare North – Urgent Care Center
5264 Council St. Suite 100
Cedar Rapids, IA 52402

St. Luke’s Work Well Solutions
830 1st Ave. NE
Cedar Rapids, IA 52402

Or employees should seek care at the nearest medical facility if a serious injury occurs and emergency treatment is needed.

A First Report of Injury must be completed within 24 hours from the time of the incident, and in order for Coe College to consider if the injury/accident will qualify for workers compensation insurance coverage. Please log into my.coe, and under the Employee tab go to the Benefits and Payroll Forms link on the left. Under Benefits Forms you will find a link to Work Injury – Workers Compensation.
