Questions?

When will I receive my diploma?
You may need the physical copy of your diploma for your job or graduate school. Therefore, we want to ensure you have the physical copy in hand as soon as possible. Your diploma has been mailed if all graduation requirements were met. It was mailed to your mailing address found on my.coe.edu. You can check the mailing address the college has on file and update it, if necessary, by following these instructions:

  1. Log in to my.coe.edu.
  2. In the upper right corner, click on the profile icon and select “My profile & settings.”
  3. Under “My profile” on the left, click “Contact information.”
  4. Under “Addresses,” click “Current address.”
  5. If you need to do so, update your address and hit save.

What will the Commencement experience entail?
At this event you will have the opportunity to walk across the stage and hear your name being called in front of your friends, family and the Coe community.

Can I get a cap and gown?
While you are not required to order or wear a cap and gown, you are welcome to do so. Feel free to email the bookstore (bookstore@coe.edu) for more information.

Is my family invited to the May event?
Yes! We hope your family will attend these events to celebrate your accomplishments!

Am I required to attend the May events?
These recognition events are not required, but we hope you can attend.

Will Honors Convocation still take place?
An Honors Convocation ceremony will not take place, but awards were mailed in May.

Where should questions about this celebration be directed?
