Student Success & Persistence

The Office of Student Success & Persistence provides an inclusive, welcoming environment to empower students to successfully transition to Coe and through graduation.

When you don't know who to go to or where to turn for help as a student, we encourage students to turn to their Success Coach. Success Coaches provide proactive outreach to ensure a smooth transition from high school to campus. The Office of Student Success & Persistence should be considered a one-stop shop to help you navigate Coe and get connected with the people, tools and resources you need to be successful.

Located in Upper Gage Memorial Union, our team is available by appointment but welcomes drop-in appointments as well. We have convenient and accommodating availability with office hours from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday through Friday.

  • College Possible utilizes near-peer (recent college graduate) coaches who use a structured curriculum to help students get the most out of their four years and who serve as a resource for questions and concerns.
  • The Office of Student Success & Persistence plans the orientation events at Coe to ensure you have a smooth transition to college and are introduced to campus resources that will be invaluable during your time at Coe.

We know students are provided with a lot of information that may be hard to remember. The benefit of attending a place like Coe is there is an abundance of resources available to help you succeed.
