Late Check Out

 

Students must check out 24 hours after their last final. Residence Life understands that flights/transportation can be difficult. Please make sure you sign up for permission to stay late with Residence Life past regular check-out time within a reasonable amount of time. If a student stays past closing, they will be charged for break housing with no chance of refund. It is a flat $250 fee for staying any amount of winter break in college housing. Residence Life will send the Winter Break Sign Up form via email to students, so please keep an eye on your Coe email.

A fee of $100.00 per day will be charged to a student account for any student staying past hall closing.
