Early Arrival/Break Housing

Early Arrival

All early move-ins MUST be cleared by Residence Life in advance. You may reach the Residence Life Office at 319.399.8843 or residencelife@coe.edu. Early arrival is granted on a case-by-case basis. Fees for students wanting early arrival not related to a Coe College purpose (i.e., athletics, orientation student staff, etc.) will be charged a fee of $100 per day until the Residence Halls open.

Break Housing

The Residence Halls are open to Coe students during Thanksgiving and Spring Break. There is a $250 flat rate charge for students who wish to stay over Winter Break. This applies for if a student is staying one day or the entire time. Check the Fees Schedule for appropriate charges. Sign-up is required and is only available to full-time, registered students.

Summer Housing

Announcements for summer housing begin in late-March through the end of April. Space is limited and pricing varies depending on the space. Students can check their MyCoe page and their Coe email for more details.
