BSEO House

BSEO House is home to five members of Coe's Black Self Education Organization and is located adjacent to campus. It contains three bedrooms and one bath with a full kitchen and living room, as well as its own laundry facilities. Students living here can choose between the apartment meal plans (75 or 100 Plan).

Pink House

Pink House is home to five members of Coe Alliance and is located a block and a half from main campus. Four members live in the main house, containing three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a full kitchen, dining room, and living room. One Coe Alliance member serves as the House Manager and lives in the attached apartment, which has its own bathroom and kitchen. Laundry facilities are located in the basement. Students living here can choose between the apartment meal plans (75 or 100 Plan).

Kohawk Spirit House

Spirit House is home to four students, and is located adjacent to campus near BSEO House. There are full kitchen and laundry amenities. Students living here can choose between the apartment meal plans (75 or 100 Plan).
