Proof of Residency/Rental Agreement

Residence Life will only furnish a letter stating the current semester's status in the Residence Hall/Houses/Apartments. (Example: “Student Charlie Kohawk is a resident of Greene Hall for Spring 2024.”) Residence Life will not be a reference for rental agreements.

To request this, please send an email stating need and the reason for the need to residencelife@coe.edu.
