Do students have access to download free software through Coe?
Coe students can access Microsoft Office 365 by logging in with their Coe email accounts at microsoft.com/en-us/education/products/office.

Can I connect my personal devices (smart TVs, wireless speakers, gaming systems, other smart devices) to the Coe network?
Most smart TVs, gaming systems and other personal devices will connect to our system. Connecting personal wireless routers is prohibited on campus.

How can students back up their work?
In addition to email, Google includes storage for students through Google Drive cloud storage. Students can access their Goolge Drive documents both on and off campus.

Is antivirus software available through Coe?
Antivirus software is strongly recommended and available for personal use for free at home.sophos.com. Other antivirus options are available for use/purchase. Coe does not endorse use of a specific platform. 

Do I need to bring my own printer?
No. Coe provides 24/7 access to printing services. Printers are available in all computer labs across campus, as well as the library and some residence halls. Students are provided up to 750 single-sided black and white print pages per term (color pages count as 4 pages), with additional pages costing 5 cents per page for black and white or 20 cents for color pages. Additional pages can be purchased by visiting the Office of Information of Technology. Pages can be purchased in blocks of 100 pages ($5/block).Web print service is available at www.print.coe.edu.

How do I submit a ticket for technology support?
Submit a ticket on Spiceworks, our IT Help Desk System. You can access the IT Help Desk System here or by clicking on the computer icon on the front page of My Coe.
