Payment Options
Students must use one of the following options to pay the account balance due each semester.
Online
Making your payment online is the fastest and easiest way to pay your bill. Online payments post immediately to your student account and can be made by either the student, parent or other authorized user (by student) via the Cashnet portal in my.coe.edu [https://my.coe.edu/ics].
- Checking/Savings Account: You may draft an electronic payment made directly from your checking or savings account. You must enter the ABA routing number and bank account number for the payment to post properly. Do not enter debit card numbers here. There is NO processing fee associated with a checking/savings withdrawal.
- Credit/Debit Card: Coe College accepts Visa, Discover, MasterCard and American Express. There is a 2.75% processing fee added to all credit card/debit payments.

In Person
Payments can be made in person using check or cash at the Coe College Student Financial Services Office, Lower Voorhees Hall
Hours for receiving payments are Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Electronic payments (credit card or bank account withdrawal) payments cannot be made in person although a computer is available in the Student Financial Services should you need to make an online payment.

Checks must be received by the payment due date.
Payment Plan
You may enroll in a payment plan for the current term online from my.coe.edu | Student Menu | My Student Accounts Information | Go to CASHNet. There is a non-refundable $50 per term enrollment fee. Once you are enrolled in the payment plan, the overall account balance due will be broken into five installments per semester (provided that you are signing up for the plan at the beginning of the term). Payments are due on the 10th of each month. Please note that your balance due and the resulting monthly payment plan amount due can change if you receive additional financial aid (outside scholarships), are applying work study funds to your balance or there is any other kind of adjustment to your charges or financial aid.
Work-Study
You can choose to apply work-study earnings directly to your student account by completing the Student Employment Payroll Form and returning it to the Coe College Business Office. Work study payments are applied to student accounts on or about the 10th of each month.
Parent or Private Student Loans
The Parent Loan is an option that many families choose to help cover their out of pocket costs. Comprehensive Information is available online or by contacting the Office of Financial Aid.
FASTChoice is a tool that can be used to search for a private student or parent loan. FASTChoice is a historical list of loan products that have been utilized by Coe families over the past three years. It is not an exhaustive list of private loans. You are welcome to use any product that best meets your needs.
Arrangements to borrow through Parent loan and/or a private student loans should be made at least one month prior to the beginning of the academic term.
