Physical therapists are healthcare providers who are experts in human movement and function. Maybe you’re just exploring PT as a possible career, or perhaps you’re ready to apply for PT school. In this session, members of the University of Iowa PT program will help you learn more about the profession and chart your course to a great career. Topics covered will depend on the interests of those attending, but may include discussion of what it’s like to work as a PT, the steps to apply to PT school, how to create a strong PT school application, and specifics on Iowa’s PT program.
