Guilty Until Proven Innocent?

Guilty Until Proven Innocent?

In 1977, at the age of 17, Terry Harrington was arrested for the murder of a Council Bluffs security guard.  A year later, he was convicted and sentenced to life in prison by an all-white jury.  Upon discovery of evidence that was never turned over to the defense, Terry was granted a new trial by the Iowa State Supreme Court and was ultimately exonerated of the crime due to prosecutorial misconduct.  Join us to hear Terry reflect on his experiences with the criminal justice system.
