This class will help you will learn the fundamentals of meditation/mindfulness and its benefits which will help you:
● improve productivity and decision making
● increase listening skills
● reduce stress
● improved health and well-being
● increase focus and concentration
*Wellness opportunities are FREE for current students, faculty and staff. Classes are taught in a non-judgmental, supportive environment. Classes will reoccur weekly and not required to attend consecutively.
