Visiting Assistant Professor of Psychology

Coe College seeks qualified applicants for a one-year Visiting Assistant Professor appointment in Psychology beginning Fall 2019.

The successful candidate will teach three courses per term including Introductory Psychology, Social Psychology, Personality, and Statistical Methods, with the potential to teach an additional course in their area of interest. 

Coe’s psychology department includes 8 full-time faculty members. The department is an integral part of the college’s vibrant interdisciplinary Neuroscience and Organizational Science programs and has a strong commitment to providing quality mentorship, internships, and hands-on research experiences for its students.

Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. in Psychology preferred, but ABD considered. 
  • Candidates who can provide evidence of successful teaching and an interest in mentoring undergraduate students will be strongly preferred.
