Student Conduct Manager

Coe College seeks a dedicated and driven Student Conduct Manager to join the Student Development team.

The Student Conduct Manager is a full-time professional staff member in Student Development. The Manager is responsible for the administration of the College’s student conduct process, including the student sexual misconduct process under the supervision of the Dean of Students. The Student Conduct Manager provides training for College investigators, review panel members, Residence Life and Safety & Security staff who administer the policies and procedures of the conduct system in Residence Life and Student Development. The Student Conduct Manager offers alternative forms of dispute resolution, when appropriate, and coordinates all aspects of the student conduct and sexual misconduct processes. The Student Conduct Manager may serve as an advisor to student organizations related to student conduct. The Student Conduct Manager serves on the on-call rotation and assist in crisis response as needed. This is not a live-on-site role.


  • Master’s degree in higher education, student personnel, counseling, or a related field with student conduct and Title IX experience at the time of hire preferred. Bachelor’s degree required. Experience with conduct management software desirable.
  • 2-4 years of Title IX and student conduct experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in written and oral communication.
  • Strong computer skills, including spreadsheet/database and word processing.
  • Successful completion of a background check in accordance with Coe College policy.
