Special Projects Coordinator and Assistant to the Vice President of Advancement

Coe College is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Special Projects Coordinator and Assistant to the Vice President of Advancement.

The Special Projects Coordinator and Assistant to the VP of Advancement (“Coordinator/Assistant”) is responsible for assuring the successful planning, organization and execution of special projects of importance to the advancement team and Coe College. Examples of initiatives include special recognition events, micro-fundraising campaigns, affinity events, support of special programming with key stakeholders, etc. In addition, the Coordinator/Assistant directly supports the VP including assisting with scheduling, stakeholder relationships and communications, prospect management and administrative support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • One or more years of experience in fundraising, stewardship, or event planning with a demonstrated track record of success in relationship cultivation and fundraising.
  • One or more years of experience with project management/coordination and administrative support.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
