Part-Time Instructor for Accounting

Coe College seeks qualified applicants for the position of Part-Time Instructor for Accounting.

The Business Administration and Economics Department seeks applications for an instructor to teach two sections of Principles of Accounting I for the fall 2019 term and possibly one section of the same course spring 2020. The fall sections are scheduled for MWF from 1 to 3 in the afternoon.

ACC-171 Principles of Accounting I
A study of the accounting process and preparation of financial statements, primarily for external reporting purposes. Includes analyses of asset and liability accounts and owners’ equity accounts of corporations.

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting with substantial account experience required, Master's in accounting, CPA or CMA certification preferred.
  • Experience as a teacher or teaching assistant preferred.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check in accordance with Coe College policy.
