Office Assistant

Coe College seeks an organized and driven professional for the role of Office Assistant to the Marketing, Financial Aid and Admission Offices.

The Office Assistant provides administrative support to the senior leadership in the Offices of Marketing, Financial Aid and Admission. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to preparing and generating reports, office supply inventory and ordering, coordinating scheduling & calendars and acting as a back-up for phone and office coverage. The successful candidate will be detail oriented and able to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.


  • Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Two years of related experience.  
  • Successful completion of a background check in accordance with Coe College policy.
