Intern Assistant Football Coach - Defense

Coe College seeks qualified applicants for the position of Intern Assistant Football Coach - Defense.

This position will provide assistant football coach duties assigned by the Head Coach within the spirit, policies, and rules of Coe College, the American Rivers Conference, and the NCAA III in a manner that will further the fitness, wellness, personal, social, and academic development of Coe students.

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to: recruiting student athletes on and off-campus, on-field coaching, practice planning, monitoring student-athlete academic progress, video editing with Hudl and other duties as assigned by the Head Coach or Director of Athletics.

This is a 9-month, full-time salaried position with benefits.


  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Previous coaching experience (defense) is preferred.
  • Successful completion of a background check in accordance with Coe College policy.
