Head Coach for Men's and Women's Golf

Coe College seeks driven and student-centered applicants for the position of Head Coach for Men's and Women's Golf.

The Head Coach is responsible for planning, organizing and supervising strong, competitive Men's and Women's Golf programs within the spirit, policies and rules of Coe College, the American Rivers Conference and the NCAA Division III. The Head Coach is responsible for all aspects of coaching the teams including recruiting, fitness training, practice, competition and travel. The head coach is responsible for designing and administering programs, policies, and services that will contribute to the education and welfare of students, faculty and staff.

This is a full-time, benefit eligible position.


  • Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of previous coaching experience is required.
  • Successful completion of a background check in accordance with Coe College policy.
