Coe College seeks qualified applicants for a full-time tenure-track appointment in Psychology.
Candidates with the ability to contribute to courses in the psychology of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) are encouraged to apply. In addition to teaching the department’s existing Topics in Diversity & Inclusion course, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to teach a seminar in psychology and first year seminar in an area of their expertise, and will also contribute to departmental courses including introductory psychology, research methods or statistics and other core courses in the psychology curriculum. The department strongly values a commitment to a student-centered perspective and an inclusive approach to teaching and research.
Coe’s Psychology Department includes 8 full-time faculty and is an integral part of the college’s interdisciplinary organizational science and neuroscience programs. The department has a strong commitment to provide intensive, hands-on research experiences and internship placements for its students.

Doctoral degree required by start date; candidates who can provide evidence of successful teaching and an active program of research adaptable to student-faculty collaboration will be strongly preferred. Candidates from underrepresented groups are especially encouraged to apply.
