Director of Student Engagement

Coe College seeks a driven and student-centered professional to serve as Director of Student Engagement.

The Director of Student Engagement oversees the Residence Life and Housing Program including supervising and working directly with four professional staff members, coordinating the housing selection and placement processes and serving on the College crisis response team. This position also oversees the Student Activities Office staffing and programming.

This is a full time, live-on position.


  • At least 3 years of professional and progressively increasing responsibility in a related field
  • Substantial knowledge and experience in staff supervision, fiscal and facilities management, and residence hall operations
  • A Bachelor’s Degree is required and a Master’s degree in higher education, student personnel, counseling or a related field is preferred
  • Successful completion of a background check in accordance with Coe College policy.
