Coe College seeks knowledgeable and driven applicants for the position of Computer Technician.
The Computer Technician will provide primary support for eClassroom equipment, student network connectivity needs which includes personal devices and residential hardware troubleshooting. Will assist with software/hardware issues with student personal computers, including hardware diagnostics and repair and virus removal. Beyond technical support, it is imperative that the person in this role develop relationships with faculty, staff, students and guest users as the primary contact for the services described above, and collaborate with Information Technology staff to resolve issues and complete team projects.
- Associate's degree in computer science or related discipline; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1-3 years of experience with computer operations, hardware and help desk support.
- Successful completion of a background check in accordance with Coe College policy.
