Athletic Office and Special Events Coordinator

Coe College seeks a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join the Athletic Department as the Athletic Office and Special Events Coordinator.

The Athletic Office and Special Events Coordinator acts as an integral part of the Athletic Department by coordinating the day-to-day operation of the athletic department and facilities, supporting the Athletic Director in managing expenses and revenues and assisting with organizing athletic programs and special events,. This position is responsible for working with the Assistant Athletic Director on department revenue growth and successful coordination of events, which will contribute to the education and welfare of students, faculty and staff involved and the Cedar Rapids Community.


  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1+ years professional experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Successful completion of a background check in accordance with Coe College policy.
