Assistant to the Provost

Coe College seeks a proactive and organized professional for the role of Assistant to the Provost.

The Assistant to the Provost is responsible for the efficient operation of a professional and welcoming office which handles confidential and sensitive information. The successful candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and exercise independent judgement in planning, organizing, prioritizing and managing a diversified workload. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Three or more years of experience working in an academic or managerial setting required.
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office, including Excel formulas and mail merge preferred.
  • Skilled in professional correspondence and letter composition preferred.
  • Successful completion of a background check in accordance with Coe College policy.
