Coe College seeks qualified applicants for a full-time, tenure-track Assistant Professor of Accounting position beginning fall 2020.

Coe College seeks qualified applicants who are passionate about teaching in a small liberal arts environment for a full-time, tenure-track assistant professor of accounting position beginning fall 2020. The successful candidate will teach three accounting courses per semester (six per year) with class sizes ranging from 10 to 25 students and will have an interest in and ability to embrace Coe’s student-centered approach to education. Working in a supportive environment, the candidate will have the opportunity to influence the learning and successes of our increasingly diverse student body. Qualifications:

  • Candidates are required to have at least a Masters of Accountancy, M.B.A. or masters in a related field, with CPA, CMA or CGMA certification required within two years of hire.
  • Candidates with a Ph.D. in accounting or business will be preferred.
  • Related work experience and/or college teaching experience will also be valued. 
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check in accordance with Coe College policy.
