Assistant Manager of Campus Grounds

Coe College seeks dedicated and driven applicants for the position of Assistant Manager of Campus Grounds.

The Assistant Manager of Campus Grounds is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the campus grounds, athletic fields and college equipment. Under the direction of the Manager of Campus Grounds, the Assistant Manager supports the mission of the department and the College, overseeing and coordinating the work of student staff. Works with entire Plant staff, and with the Manager, oversees the snow and ice removal on campus. Determines, develops, recommends and implements solutions that may impact several functional areas, assisting with relocation and special event set-ups, and other duties as assigned.

This full-time position will be on-call rotation throughout the year and may be required to work nights and weekends as needed.


  • High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in grounds keeping or related field.
  • Successful completion of a background check in accordance with Coe College policy.
