Administrative Assistant - Facilities

Coe College is seeking an organized and collaborative team member for the position of Administrative Assistant in the Facilities Department.

The Administrative Assistant acts as a first point of contact for the maintenance and operations area, and provides coordination and customer service to campus stakeholders. Primary duties include: payroll assistance, maintaining work order and filing systems, bookkeeping, inventory, purchasing, MSDS and other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 
  • 1-3 years of experience in office coordination, administrative accounting and customer service required.  
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and database programs.
  • Successful completion of a background check in accordance with Coe College policy.
