Wellness Opportunities

Check out these free wellness opportunities for all:

  • Classes are taught in a judgment-free environment.  All levels of ability are welcome in the classes.
  • These opportunities are free for all Coe students, faculty and staff.
  • All classes are located in the Aerobics room, upstairs in Clark Racquet Center unless otherwise noted. Enter the Clark Racquet Center through the ARC (Athletics & Recreation Complex) and proceed through the skywalk to Clark Racquet Center. The aerobics room is located on the upper level of the building next to the stairs.

Refresh Sleep Program

This FREE eight-week self-help program is typically offered to all students, faculty and staff during the spring semester. Refresh Sleep aims to provide Kohawks with the skills, strategies and support to achieve more restful nights. Participants will receive a weekly email with a PDF full of educational sleep tips, relaxation strategies, mindfulness training and daily sleep logs. Registration includes a free Restful Sleep Package, including an eye mask, ear plugs and more helpful sleep tools. The Refresh Sleep program has been shown to effectively reduce sleep difficulties and insomnia scores. Students also report significant increases in sleep quality and satisfaction! An email is sent to all students, faculty, and staff in the spring semester that includes more information and the opportunity to register.
