Refresh Sleep Program at Coe
This FREE eight-week self-help program begins February 8 and is offered to all students, faculty and staff. Refresh aims to provide Kohawks with the skills, strategies and support to achieve more restful nights. You will receive a weekly email with a PDF full of educational sleep tips, relaxation strategies, mindfulness training and daily sleep logs. Registration includes a free Restful Sleep Package, including an eye mask, ear plugs and more helpful sleep tools. The Refresh program has been shown to effectively reduce sleep difficulties and insomnia scores. Students also report significant increases in sleep quality and satisfaction!

Once registered, stop by the Health Services Clinic Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM to pick up your Sleep Kit! (STUDENTS ONLY).
