Handbell Ensemble

The Coe College Handbell Ensemble is open to both music majors and non-music majors as a class for credit. The ensemble meets for weekly rehearsals every Tuesday at 12:30 pm during the semester at First Lutheran Church, 1000 3rd Ave. SE, is just a few blocks from campus.

It is helpful to be able to read music as a pre-requisite for the class. This ensemble is a wonderful way to improve your musicianship, sight reading, and rhythmic skills. Additionally, the ensemble performs at various concerts throughout the semester both on campus and at First Lutheran Church.
