Kohawk Wellness Program – Join the Movement!

The Kohawk Wellness Program sponsors various wellness activities on campus during the school year. The Kohawk Wellness Program offers an Incentive Card Program which promotes motivation to participate in health and wellness activities while keeping a log of your activity. Incentive Cards for recording your progress are located in the Health Services Office, Eby Fitness Center, and Clark Racquet Center.  There are incentive prizes for each level that is completed.  If you have questions about the Kohawk Wellness Program or want to be involved as a board member, you can contact the Health Services Office at 319-399-8617.

A Controlled drink was held during Alcohol Awareness week. With the supervision of a Cedar Rapids Police Officers, students saw firsthand how much alcohol was needed to reach the legal limit.
