The Help Desk can provide answers to general
and common questions about the PCs and Macintosh computers, such
as how to use electronic mail, use of network software, and how
to print documents. The Help Desk also
provides high-level PC and Macintosh help with Coe College supported
software packages and hardware troubleshooting. Computer Services
has software utility programs to help translate files (Mac/DOS)
and to recover damaged floppy disks.The
Help Desk is located in the basement of Stewart Memorial Library.
