Family Weekend Schedule of Events
Friday, November 4 |

| 8 a.m.-6 p.m. | Registration, Clark Alumni House Pick up your registration packet. Bid on a Silent Auction item or two or three! |
| 8 a.m.-4 p.m. | Visit a Class. Classes are open to parents and families. A class list is available at Registration. |
| 11:15 a.m.-12:45 p.m. | Lunch, The “U” Pay at the door (adults $6, children 5-12 years $3, children under 5 years free). |
| Noon | Quarterback Club, “Charlie’s” P.U.B. (Pay at “Charlie’s” P.U.B.) RSVP to Kylee at 319-399-8561. |
| 4-5 p.m. | Campus Tour (Depart from Clark Alumni House Lobby.) The tour will be led by a current student Krishen Narcelles, Class of '12, from Hanover Park, IL. |
| 5-6 p.m. | Family Weekend Reception, Clark Alumni House Parent Council, Lou Stark, vice president for student affairs, and the entire Student Affairs Department (Academic Achievement, Athletics, Campus Life, Career Services & Internships, Health Services, Religious Life and Service-Learning & Campus Engagement) invite you to refreshments and conversation. |
| 6-7 p.m. | Dinner Buffet, The “U” As a special treat, the Coe College Concert Choir will perform at 6:30 p.m. The buffet will be carved ham and roast beef, potatoes, rice pilaf, green beans, rolls, fresh fruit, salad, pie and beverages. Adults $10, children 5-12 years $5, children under 5 no charge; free for Coe students with meal plan. |
| 8-9 p.m. | Comedy mind-reader, Eric Dittleman, “Charlie’s” P.U.B. Eric Dittelman entertains audiences with his unique blend of mind reading and stand-up and improvisational comedy. He grew up in central Massachusetts where he quickly became interested in improv and all things comedy. While in college, Eric continued to hone these skills as he performed on and around campus with various improv and sketch comedy troupes. After graduating, Eric traveled to Las Vegas with some of the top mind readers in the world and continued studying improv at Improv Boston in Cambridge, MA. He has performed at the Wonderground in Las Vegas and continues to share his unique talents with audiences across the country. If you were also a mind reader, you would have already known all of this. |

| 8:30 a.m.-9 a.m. | Coe Cares Continental Breakfast, Gage Memorial Union, upper lobby |
| 9-11:30 a.m. | Coe Cares Family Weekend Service Project, Gage Memorial Union, upper lobby Students and family members are invited and encouraged to give two hours of service. Following a continental breakfast, we will set out to serve Cedar Rapids. We will be landscaping at newly built Habitat for Humanity homes and planting trees at the campground at Squaw Creek Park on National Public Lands Day, in conjunction with Trees Forever. |
| 11:30 a.m.-12:45 p.m. | All Campus Picnic, The “U” Adults $6, children 5-12 years $5, children under 5 no charge; free for Coe students with meal plan. |
| 1 p.m. | Kohawk Football, Coe vs. University of Dubuque, Clark Field Family Weekend attendees are admitted at no charge with your nametag. (Please pick up your packet with nametags at Registration 30-minutes prior to kick-off.) |
| 4-6 p.m. | Presidential Reception & Silent Auction, Clark Alumni House President James and Linnie Phifer invite you to a reception. Bid on the Family Weekend Silent Auction items you (or your student) just have to have! Silent Auction proceeds benefit the Parents Scholarship Fund. |

Enjoy your free evening eating dinner out, shopping or just hanging out! If you are looking for something fun to do, pick up a “Parent Bucket List,” which includes 100 things to do in the Cedar Rapids corridor.
