Organizational Science

The organizational science major is designed to expose students to human behavior in organizations from both theoretical and applied perspectives. The program prepares students for the work force or graduate study in fields related to industrial/organizational (I/O) psychology, organizational development, human resources and quantitative methods. Students work closely with faculty in the traditional classroom setting and through independent study and research exploration.
