Coe Chorale and Handbell Ensemble to present spring concert

Members of the Coe Chorale and the Coe Handbell Ensemble will present a spring concert on Sunday, April 26, beginning at 4 p.m. in Daehler-Kitchin Auditorium of Marquis Hall. The concert is free and open to the public.

Under the direction of Loralee Songer, the Coe Chorale will perform new and exciting arrangements of songs from popular movies and musicals, including "Hercules," "Pitch Perfect," "Rent," "Shrek," "The Lion King" and "Wicked."

The Coe Handbell Ensemble, conducted by Brett Wolgast, will feature works by Thompson, Glasgow, Wagner and Moklebust. The Handbell Ensemble will also perform the premier of "Cycles," a newly composed handbell piece by Coe music faculty member Zach Zubow.
