The Coe College Symphony Orchestra, under the direction of guest conductor Chun-Ming Chen, will feature a celebration of spring in a concert on Saturday, April 12 at 7 p.m. in Sinclair Auditorium. The program is open to the public at no charge.
With the arrival of the spring season, the orchestra will present one of Edward Elgar's most performed works, "Serenade for Strings." In addition, Beethoven's masterpiece "Pastoral Symphony" will be performed. Both pieces capture the sensation and the gracefulness of spring.
