What does Coe mean to you?
Coe is my home now; I have my friends living with me and all of my AOII sisters.
Why should a prospective student choose Coe?
A prospective student should choose Coe because the professors give you one-on-one attention, which is very helpful. Everybody is so nice and friendly.
What do you do for fun on the weekends?
I hang out with my friends, go shopping and attend on-campus events hosted by Coe’s clubs and organizations or the Student Activities Committee.
What is your favorite class and why?
My favorite classes are art courses because it is my passion. I truly enjoy them.
What is your favorite place on campus?
My favorite places on campus are Dows Fine Arts Center and the AOII chapter room. I have my own studio in Dows which is filled with my paintings. There is paint everywhere, it just feels great.
What is a piece of history that you like most about Coe?
I enjoy and love the ringing of the bell that takes place when you start at Coe, graduate from Coe and every time the Kohawks win a big game!
What should every student do before they graduate?
Have fun and live your college life to the fullest, but keep in mind that you need to do your best when it comes to academics as well.
What service opportunities do you participate in?
I fundraise for the Arthritis Foundation and the Children’s Miracle Network. I also volunteer for miscellaneous projects that occur both on campus and in the community.
