Check out these free wellness opportunities for all! Yoga classes begin Monday, Jan. 22 and run through Wednesday, Apr. 25. Tri training* begins Monday, Jan. 22 and runs through Feb. 16th.

These opportunities are free to all Coe faculty, staff and students.

Yoga classes are upstairs in the Clark Racquet Center. Tri workouts will be in the Clark Racquet Center except for Friday workouts and workouts on 1/30 & 2/8 - those will be at the pool.
