When a student graduates, the deposit is applied to the student account in June to pay any outstanding charges applied to the student account. The remainder is returned to the student at the home address Coe has on file or deposited electronically into their bank, in mid to late June
A $100 housing deposit is billed to the student’s account when he/she is placed in housing. When a student withdraws according to the Coe College Catalog, the $100 deposit is applied to the student's account to pay any outstanding balance on the student account. Any remaining credit will be returned to the student via check mailed to the home address or electronically deposited into their bank account if they have signed up for ACH.
Note: Coe stopped collecting Housing Deposits in the Fall of 2017.
