Armstrong & Douglas Halls

With half of the floors dedicated to first-year students, these two identical halls share a main lobby and entrance. These co-ed halls combined house 184 men and women on alternating floors. The rooms in these halls are primarily double occupancy, and all are air-conditioned to keep you cool during warm Iowa weather. Students living in these residence halls enjoy new bathroom facilities, including all new floors, Corian-surfaced countertops, sinks, showers, plumbing fixtures and lighting. Attractive ceramic tile creates an eye-appealing and bright look throughout the bathrooms. In the main lobby there are a number of amenities for your recreational pleasure. There is a big screen television, two kitchens, a pool table, ping-pong table, piano, and comfortable lobby furniture.
