Refresh Sleep Program

Refresh aims to provide Kohawks with the skills, strategies and support to achieve more restful nights. This free eight week self-help program runs October 9 - December 1, helping you to be rested before your final exams. You will receive a weekly email with a PDF full of educational sleep tips, relaxation strategies, mindfulness training, and daily sleep logs. Registration includes a free restful sleep package, including an eye mask, ear plugs and more helpful sleep tools. The Refresh program has been shown to be effective in reducing sleep difficulties and insomnia scores, in addition to students reporting significant increases in sleep quality and satisfaction!

Register by taking this online pre-survey, then stop by the Health Services Clinic or at the table outside of the cafeteria on October 12 during lunch hours, to pick up your free Sleep Kit. (you must register online to get the sleep kit)
