Hoop It Up for Kohawk Basketball

This Saturday night the Coe men's and women's basketball team will host the inaugural "Hoop It Up for Kohawk Basketball." The event will feature both teams in action with various activities planned. Tip-off is scheduled for 6 p.m. at the Eby Fieldhouse.

Fans will get their first look at the defending Iowa Conference Champion men's team as Head Coach Pat Juckem begins his second season at the helm.

New to the scene this season is a familiar face in eastern Iowa. Randi Peterson takes over as head coach of the women's team. Peterson is a former All-Big 10 performer at Iowa.

A few activities being planned are a dunk contest for the men's team, as well as different shooing drills featuring both teams and fans.
