Located on the expanded east campus, Morris is part of the new Coe Apartments which are reserved for juniors and seniors who maintain academic qualifications. Room assignments for the apartments are made through a number-draw system based on upper-class seniority.
Morris House was built in 2000 and features an electronic classroom, computer lab, and a laundry room.
Most suites include four single bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a shared kitchen and living area. The Coe apartments are equipped with modular bedroom furniture, kitchen appliances, and a dining room table with chairs. Students have the option of a variety of meal plans in the dining hall or preparing food on their own. In Morris there are four four-bedroom and a two-bedroom apartment. Cable and Internet hookups are other included amenities.
The Morris House was named for donor Merlin Morris '36.
