Coe Traditions
What is the history of the Coe Seal? With which school do we share the oldest football rivalry west of the Mississippi River? Do you remember the name of a secret day each year in the spring when classes are canceled and students enjoy a full day of activities on the quad? Can you still recite the "Coe Fight Song?" Alumni Book Club
The Coe College Alumni Office is proud to announce the start of our Alumni Book Club. We hope to engage alums, parents and friends of the college in meaningful dialogue about literature. The use of a blog allows those from all geographical locations to share in fellowship and literature. Our hope is to have a new selection every three months. The blog can be found at http://coecollegealumnibookclub.blogspot.com/. Our first selection is Tinkers, written by Iowan, Paul Harding. This is a remarkable book that won the Pulitzer Prize in 2009.
