Academics > Ensembles > Camerata

Open to all students at Coe by audition, Camerata, under the direction of Dr. Marc Falk, offers students the opportunity to perform in a wide variety of vocal and choral styles. "The joy of singing in a small and versatile group," notes Falk, "is that we can change our focus each semester. While primarily a chamber choir, some semesters are dedicated to madrigals, others more to vocal jazz and pop, and in others we'll work on a specific program like we did for a Thursday Forum session on 'Medieval Music.'" Camerata performs both on and off campus, and often collaborates with other Coe ensembles including the Concert Choir and Jazz Ensemble.
