| Comments from Former Participants |
· "It's
an amazing experience, that will change you life more than
you expect."
· "See
all you can! It is amazing to see the distinct beauty and
culture that each city has to offer. I fell in love with every
city that I visited."
· "Keep
in mind that the important thing is the people. My host family’s
apartment was smaller than my house in the United States (and
my house is not big!). Four of us (me, my host mother, and
her daughter and mother) shared one bathroom, and my bedroom
was tiny. Every morning at 6:00 a.m. the garbage trucks came
by. But it didn’t matter because I loved my host family!
I wouldn’t have wanted to live anywhere else." |
