owns the single-season digs mark with 679 last season and
also holds the career record. On the basketball floor, Karkosh

All-Iowa Conference selection. She owns the school records
for single-season points, rebounds and steals.
Creason won last season's Iowa Conference 141-pound championship.
With his Iowa Conference title, Creason
earned a spot at the NCAA Championships. Creason went on
to place third at the national meet, finishing the season
with a 40-5 record.
Other male finalists include Mike Kilburg '07,

the Year on the softball team, were the other finalists.
Funded by Coe alum and trustee John Strohm '79 and his wife,
Mary Pat Link, the Bremner award is given annually to the
college's top male and female athletes. The award was named
after Barron Bremner following his retirement after a Hall
of Fame career as Coe coach and athletics director.
